Maggie Grace was born Margaret Grace Denig in September 21 in 1983. Maggie Grace is an American actress best known for her role as Shannon Rutherford in ABC TV show Lost. Following the divorce of her parents, she left Worthington Ohio in order to settle with her family in Los Angeles. Her first role came to her in the film, Rachel's Room's lead character in 2001 despite struggling in the financial department. She went on to earn an Young Artist Award nomination in 2002 for her performance as fifteen-year-old victim Martha Moxley in the television film Murder set in Greenwich. Grace Rutherford was the lead actress on Lost for its first two seasons. In 2004, she won the Screen Actors Guild Award with all the cast. Grace was forced to quit the show to concentrate on her professional film work. She had starred alongside Tom Welling opposite in The Fog in 2005. She starred as Kim Mills opposite Liam Neeson (both in Taken 2008) in Suburban Girl as well as The Jane Austen Book Club. She reprised the role for Taken 2 (2012) and Taken 3 (2014).She played the main character Alice in Malice in Wonderland a modern take on Lewis Carroll's novel Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Grace reprised the role of Shannon in two more episodes of Lost which included the finale of the series. In 2013, she was in the sixth season of Californication. The actress portrays Faith as a groupie, and is also a model actors. Hank Moody is played by David Duchovny. Later, she was in Adaptation Confessions of a Dangerous Mind and Mona Lisa Smile (both 2002). Gyllenhaal has received critical praise for her performances as the lead in Secretary (2002, erotic romantic drama), and Sherrybaby (606), both that earned her Golden Globe Award nods. The year 2006 was the time she had a number of commercially successful movies including World Trade Center. However the role she played as Rachel Dawes that brought her wider attention in The Dark Knight (2008). The role she played in Crazy Heart as a mother with a single child earned her nomination to the Academy Award Best Supporting Actress. In the following years she appeared in comedy and dramas: Nanny McPhee & the Big Bang (2010) Hysteria 2011 and Won't Back Down 2012. In addition, she appeared as an Secret Service Agent in White House Down the action thriller that was released in 2013. She also played a musician in Frank (2014), and The lead in The Kindergarten Teacher, a film that debuted in the year 2018. Gyllenhaal started her career as director, screenwriter and script writer, when she directed and wrote her psychological horror film The Lost Daughter. The film was awarded Best Screenplay at The Venice International Film Festival, and was also nominated for The Academy Award. Academy Award.
